Counselling that meets you where you are.
You don’t need a perfectly defined problem or a clear therapy goal to begin.
People come to counselling because something hurts, something isn’t working, life has changed, a relationship feels difficult, the past keeps showing up in the present—or because they’re simply tired of feeling the way they’ve been feeling.
We can start there.
Counselling
I offer counselling for adults and couples in a warm, supportive and down-to-earth environment.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling in a relationship, navigating grief or a major life transition, carrying the effects of past experiences, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what needs to change.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you book.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate and practical. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, explore the patterns that may be getting in your way, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and realistic for your life.
Counselling Services:
Individual Counselling: One-on-one counselling focused on what matters most to you. Sessions may include exploring emotions, relationships and patterns, developing new ways of coping, strengthening boundaries, building self-trust, or simply having a safe place to talk honestly about what you’re carrying.
Couples Counselling: A supportive space for couples to better understand the patterns happening between them, improve communication, navigate conflict and strengthen emotional connection.
Areas I Often Work With:
• Anxiety and stress • Relationship concerns and couples counselling • Depression • Grief and loss • Life transitions • Self-esteem and confidence • Trauma, PTSD and complex trauma • Overwhelm and burnout
You don’t have to fit neatly into one category. If something is affecting how you feel, how you relate to others, or how you’re moving through your life, we can start there.
